Write your request, complaint, claim or appeal


In case your intention is to file an appeal, you must keep in mind the following information for its filing:

a) The filing of the appeal must be made within ten (10) business days following the notification of the decision that responded to your initial right of petition.

b) You may file your appeal through the following means:

c) The appeal for reconsideration is submitted to Flash to revoke, modify or confirm the decision initially adopted, a decision with which the administrative process at the operator's headquarters will be understood to have been completed.

d) In the case of the appeal for reconsideration in subsidy of appeal, it will be initially processed by Flash to revoke, modify or confirm the decision initially adopted (reconsideration) and in case the response partially modifies or confirms such decision, it must send within 5 working days following the date on which the decision of the appeal is notified, the complete file to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, so that it may resolve the appeal.
